Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at iwace@mail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
For hygiene reasons, certain personal care products cannot be returned once opened, unless defective.
Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
